Fresh whipped goats curd (Back in stock in spring as new season milk comes in Aug/Sept)
One of the lightest cheeses you will ever eat. Made over three days, Fluffy Clouds is incubated for 24 hrs then hung for two days. We also whip in the salt by hand so the curd stays very light and fluffy. The curd comes in 200 gram glass jars, or 500 gram pottles (no vacuum packing!).
In 2017 The Fluffy clouds was entered into the New Zealand cheese awards where it scored 97/100 and won a Gold medal.
Quite acidic with a citrus element, very light and clean on the palate.
Incredible with asparagus, beetroot, venison, lamb, honey, figs, blueberries to name a few.
Main Season - between August and April.
Ingredients: Whole pasteurised goat's milk, culture, calf rennet and salt.

Orders will be dispatched Monday - Thursday (we will do our best to dispatch orders same day if placed before lunch). Orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday.

Please give a contact phone number and clear delivery instructions - where to leave the parcel if you are not home, e.g. 'in the SHADE at the back door'. If a customer is not home to take delivery of the goods, the goods shall be left at the delivery address unless a signature is specifically asked for.
Highly perishable goods
Due to the perishable nature of cheese we can only send goods within New Zealand, and no rural addresses sorry. We use ice to keep the cheese cold, and polly bins in the warmer months.
