MAHI - Fermented, to purify
Three to six months old.This cheese is made between November and March and is the latest addition to the Kaikoura cheese range. Mahi has a natural rind, wild yeasts with a firm but creamy texture.. A very approachable clean cheese with plenty of subtle nuances. If you haven’t tried sheep cheese this is a fantastic place to start. And great starting place for a platter.

New Zealand delivery only. Physical delivery address required - sorry, no rural addresses or PO Boxes.
Flat rates: $15
Orders will be dispatched Monday - Thursday (we will do our best to dispatch orders same day if placed before lunch). Orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday.

Please give a contact phone number and clear delivery instructions - where to leave the parcel if you are not home, e.g. 'in the SHADE at the back door'. If a customer is not home to take delivery of the goods, the goods shall be left at the delivery address unless a signature is specifically asked for.
Highly perishable goods
Due to the perishable nature of cheese we can only send goods within New Zealand, and no rural addresses sorry. We use ice to keep the cheese cold, and polly bins in the warmer months.
